Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have 30 days to request a full refund from the day the product was received. It is in our right to request the product to be returned where we will cover the cost of shipping before a refund is made. Products returned less than 50% full will not be refunded.
Please request refunds via our Contact Us page and include your order number, alternatively email admin@banalasta.com.au with your name and order number. If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your original product, if shipping fees occur this will need to be paid by the customer in the case of an exchange.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping within Australia and New Zealand on orders over 30 Australian Dollars. We have the right to retract this offer at any time and will update the website accordingly if we do.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
